Adventure Mountain Isaberg

Welcome to the mountain of adventure, right in the heart of Småland

There is always something to do at Isaberg. How about:

Mountain biking

Welcome to southern Sweden's largest bike park!

Trails for everyone
At Isaberg there are more than 25 marked mountain bike trails offering many miles of beautiful cycling, both on and around the mountain. The trails are colour-coded from easy green to severe black. Some trails are flow trails that run down the mountain and require varying degrees of technique and experience. Others are off road circuit trails that require varying degrees of fitness and leg strength.

Technical skills area
There is also a 6 hectare technical skills area for those who want to develop their technique or just have a little fun. There are technical trails with drop zones, step-ups, jumps, berms, stone caissons, XCO trails and an awesome, word-class, 2500m² pump track with lots of options for both children and adults.

Lift accessed mountain biking - the quick and easy way up
For those who prefer downhill and flow, there is a network of trails that wind down the mountain.
Here, you will find something for everyone; different trails lengths, track profiles, drop heights and varying requirements of technical skills, or courage!
The 6-chair lift takes you, and your bike, effortlessly to the top of the mountain so that you can then whizz back down again.

Adrenaline-inducing speed on a challenging pump track

At Isaberg you will find a World Championship-certified pump track, which is both a sports facility and a playground. A meeting point for spontaneous sports and a demanding competition arena. The pump track is 2,600m2 with a senior course of 293 metres, with two wallrides to boot, and a junior course of 77 metres. A total of 370 metres of speeding pleasure!

With the right timing, balance and power, a pump track can be among the most fun you can have on wheels - whether it be MTB, BMX, scooter or skateboard. But, whilst honing your technique to build up an impressive speed, you need to be in full control as jumps, humps and berms hurtle towards you.

Disc golf

At Isaberg Mountain Resort you can play disc golf on a challenging course across the mountain slopes. An activity that requires both precision and fitness. You can get around the course on foot or use the lift to the top.

Mini golf

For the mini golf enthusiast, there is an adventure golf course at Isaberg Mountain Resort with exciting challenges. Set in an undulating landscape, you have to figure out that perfect game line, keep your nerves in check and avoid bunkers, various obstacles and tricky traps along the course. Guaranteed fun for all ages.
More traditional mini golf can be found in the station park in central Anderstorp and at Hörsjön's camping and outdoor pool.

The obstacle course at full speed

Isaberg has a 1.1 km OCR obstacle course with 17 challenging obstacles in the form of walls, table tops, monkey-bars, Roman rings and balance logs. There is also a slackline zone.
Challenge yourself and improve your strength and speed!

Obstacle Course Racing - obstacle course
On the OCR course, you focus on training your body for fitness, agility and strength while you are psychologically tested to your limit as you tackle all the obstacles. After a workout, you have hopefully improved your fitness, and trained most of the major muscle groups and the important core muscles. And also had a lot of fun!

Children’s obstacle course

There is also a fun and exciting obstacle course for the little ones, with a lot of jumping and running. Balance and climbing obstacles are interspersed with tricky "don’t-touch-the-ground" challenges. Suitable for ages 4-10 years.

Toboggan run, an experience for those who like speed and that tingling sensation in the tummy

At Isaberg’s Toboggan run you can experience a dizzying rush on the slopes of Äventyrsberget all year round. The track consists of a kilometre of rails that wind down the mountains with rail hugging bends and breathtaking drops, so if you like speed and that tingling sensation in your stomach, this is the thing for you. No special equipment is needed and since a toboggan can accommodate both an adult and a child, this activity is perfect for both young and old.
