For 40 years, Elsa has built a garden for her own recovery. The starting point has been that throughout the season there should be something that blooms, so the variety is great. Inspired by Sofiero, the Rhododendron is an important foundation in the garden.
Together, the family now opens up the garden for visitors and in the farm's greenhouse there is a café where everything served is prepared from scratch. Cooking may take time with cold leavened buns and sourdough rolls. As much as possible, vegetables, fruit & berries from the own farms are used and the range varies with the season.

Wednesday Evenings in Kärrhult
Wednesday evenings are wonderful opportunities for work groups, friends, or families to share a meal and do something together. The program varies from week to week, but what they all have in common is that they include some form of food.
Time: 6:00 PM – approx. 9:00 PM

Thursday Lunch
Lunch is served as a plated meal and is based on the food prepared for Wednesday Evenings in Kärrhult or other bookings.
